If you're not over the moon with your order for any reason, just let me know within a week of receipt. Returns must be in new condition, with original packaging for protection. Two Exceptions: Earrings & Custom Orders. I don't accept earring returns due to health concerns. There are plenty of companies who do accept earring returns, then resell the earrings, after swabbing with alcohol (or not). This is insufficient, as a quick swab with alcohol will not kill many of the bacteria that can transmit disease. When you buy a pair of earrings from me, you have my personal guarantee they have never been worn. Ever.
