Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

Because I make most items to order (and there's only one of me), my normal production time is 1-2 weeks. Any items from my Ready to Ship section ship in 1-2 business days. You will receive another notification (including tracking) when your order has shipped. 

Occasionally, production time may be extended, due to high order volumes, metal supplier shortages, or postal service delays outside my control. I will do my best to keep you apprised of any delays.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. USPS First Class Shipping is free for orders over $150. 


Local delivery

Free local pickup is available in the Ludlow/Mount Holly, VT area. I will contact you to let you know when your order will be available for pickup at The Hatchery 184 Main St. Ludlow, VT.


International Shipping 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International shipping can take anywhere from 10 - 60 days. Items cannot be considered lost until 60 days have passed. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mountain Metalcraft, Inc. is not responsible for these charges. If they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you're not over the moon with your order for any reason, just let me know within a week of receipt. Returns must be in new condition, with original packaging for protection. I'll refund your purchase (less shipping) upon reciept. See full Return Policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis and will try my best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
