Except for the items in my Ready to Ship section, I make each piece to order (and there's only one of me), so my normal turnaround time for production is about two weeks. Any orders with Priority shipping go to the front of the production list, and production rushes are available upon request.

I won't ship something I'm not 100% happy with, so rest assured, you're getting my best work, every time. If you're not over the moon with your order for any reason, just let me know within a week of receipt. Returns must be in new condition, with original packaging for protection. I'll refund your purchase (less shipping) upon reciept.

Two Exceptions: Earrings & Custom Orders. I don't accept earring returns due to health concerns. There are plenty of companies who do accept earring returns, then resell the earrings, after swabbing with alcohol (or not). This is insufficient, as alcohol will not kill many of the bacteria that can transmit disease. When you buy a pair of earrings from me, you have my personal guarantee they have never been worn. Ever.
