FAQ

What is Argentium Silver?

Argentium Silver is a sterling silver alloy developed in the 1990s. Argentium Sterling Silver contains more fine silver, and less copper than traditional sterling, making it hypoallergenic. (Most sterling silver allergies are a reaction to the copper content.) The addition of a small amount of germanium makes Argentium Silver more tarnish resistant than traditional sterling.

How do you fix a spinner ring that won't spin?

If you have a spinner ring that isn't spinning, and it's a flared-style band that used to spin freely, either the inner band, or the spinner is probably bent. (This can happen under heavy use, which is why it's recommended to remove your jewelry at the gym, or while doing anything that might damage it.) Take your ring to a jeweler, and have them check the shape of the band on a ring mandrel. Depending on the damage, they may be able to gently tap it back to round again on the mandrel, and free up the spinner.
