RETURNS

I gladly accept returns*
    • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
    • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

*Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
    • Custom or Personalized Items
    • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
I want you to be thoroughly delighted with your purchase! If for any reason, you aren't completely happy, please contact me within a week of receipt.

I will never ship an item I wouldn't wear myself, or am not completely satisfied with. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may contact me to return any eligible jewelry for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within a week of receipt. Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and shipped back with their original packaging. Please insure your package, as I cannot be responsible for items I do not ship.

In the event of shipping damage, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt, and include photos.


RESIZING

Occasionally, rings are ordered in the wrong size. If this happens, and your ring is a design I'm able to resize, I'm happy to do so, for a reasonable fee, plus shipping. PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE RETURNING YOUR RING FOR RESIZING. Please return rings for resizing in your original Mountain Metalcraft packaging. Please also insure your package, as I cannot be responsible for items I do not ship. ***To help avoid the inconvenience of resizing, you may always request a free sizer with purchase of a ring - it's never a bad idea to double check your size before your ring is made.


SHIPPING

Please be sure your address is correct when you check out. Your order will be shipped from my studio in Vermont USA, with tracking included for domestic US orders, and most overseas countries. You will automatically receive an email including your tracking information when your order ships.

RUSH ORDERS / SHIPPING UPGRADE
Any orders with Priority or Express shipping will automatically go to the front of my production list. I can usually have Priority orders ready to ship in about a week. Need it even faster? Production rushes are available upon request. Signature Confirmation is also available upon request.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note that shipping times can take six to eight weeks for your package to arrive. A package will not be considered lost before eight weeks have passed. I cannot refund or send another before eight weeks from ship date.

Please be aware of any VATs, tarrifs and any taxes charged by your country for packages received. These are your responsibility.
